Role Summary

Our client requires a junior project operations/administrative assistant with change management experience to work on a new Training / Event Management system that will support the EMEA training teams. 

This role will involve troubleshooting, operational running of the new system, placing orders and updating spreadsheets.

The successful candidate will need good Excel skills and an excellent attention to detail. Change management experience and an understanding of basic finance concepts would also be very useful.

Mandatory Requirements

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

  • Operational/administrative experience
  • Excellent Excel skills with specific experience in using VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables and other formula functionality.
  • Very good attention to detail to spot potential errors in data
  • Team player

Optional Requirements

The following skills and experience will also be beneficial to your application:


  • A basic understanding of financial concepts such as quotation, invoice, purchase order, financial accruals.
