Do you have experience of working as a Functional Consultant (with understanding of HR and Org implications) on multiple ERP Transformation Programmes?
Our Public Sector client requires a Functional Consultant to work as part of a central Transformation Programme team to shape the target organisation design and initial organisational readiness for a new integrated service centre option which will be implemented following an ERP implementation taking place later this year across its business support functions.
There is also potential for this role to extend to the next implementation phase - leading the HR implementation of new policies and organisation structures.
Note: the successful candidate will need to be based in the Leeds location for 4 days per week.
