Do you have experience of working as a Business / Systems Analyst to define requirements for Service Desk Management Solutions?
Our Financial Services client immediately requires an experienced Business Analyst to review define new requirements for a new IT Service Desk Management solution.
The suitable candidate will possess a well-round BA skillset and have specific experience of defining requirements for IT Service Desks. Experience of migrating to new service desk platforms would be hugely advantageous. Financial Services experience is not mandatory.
Whilst the scope of the initial role relates to the 'discovery & definition phase', there is likely to be an opportunity to remain with the project team for subsequent delivery and migration phases throughout the first half of 2019.
This role will primarily be based at the client's offices in the South Coast, with the flexibility to work remotely for approx. 1 day per week.
