Do you have experience of working as a ITIL Service Readiness Manager?
Our client, a leading consulting firm, requires an experienced ITIL Service Readiness Manager to define methods and processes for their robotics operations centre.
The successful candidate is required to build the fundamental Service Readiness framework within the operations centre, and support wider programme needs in building a world-class operations centre. The candidate would support the wider programme engagement from a service management perspective ensuring that the as-is is understood, and then a key plan detailing the necessary steps that must be progressed to underpin the framework.
Reporting to the Principal Service Readiness Manager you will be primarily accountable for a Service Readiness workstream for one phase of the network transformation programme, acting as the key point of contact between project teams and the business.
Providing latest market update on best ITSM Class
a. ITIL v4 (on its release)
b. ITIL vs eTOM
c. ITIL vs SIAM vs DevOps Models
Reviewing current processes/service and seeking the way forward
Outlining Priorities to achieve ITIL Framework
Planning how ITIL Foundation/Methodologies will be implemented
