    Role Summary

    Do you have experience of working as a Learning and Development Programme Manager?

     

    Our client, a leading Audit & Advisory firm is looking for a programme manager to help deliver the transformation for how they deliver learning and development to their graduates and school leavers. The aim is to provide a best in class programme that meets the changing needs of their business.

     

    The successful candidate will need to be a self-starter who can work with little direction and engage with a wide range of internal stakeholders.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Lead the Programme end-to-end for both School Leavers and Graduates working with Design & Delivery to design and deliver content and innovation for those within the first five years of their career. 
    • Lead on all learning aspects of the programme from initial regulatory and induction training, professional education, professional and leadership training including milestone events through to roll off. 
    • Manage the Programme as we look to transform the learning experience for Graduates & School Leavers.
    • Work with the learning design team to implement appropriate learning interventions to close the gap around leadership skills for those in years 3-5 post joining. 
    • Face-off to a broad range of HR and Senior Leadership stakeholders 
    • Work in close partnership with senior business sponsors to ensure program remains fit for purpose. 
    • Contribute to the management and monitoring of the budget as it pertains to the programmes 
    • Support the Programme Director with regards reviewing external vendors performance and relationships leading on quarterly reviews with vendors and identifying and feeding in areas for improvements. 

    Mandatory Requirements

    Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

     

    • Programme Management Experience: 5+ years programme or project experience
    • Learning & Development Experience: 5+ years of design and implementaion of L&D transformation programmes
    • Project Environment: Proven ability to deliver projects in dynamic, fast paced and challenging matrix environments.

    Optional Requirements

    • Understanding of professional qualifications and apprenticeship programme
