Project Summary

Do you have experience of providing Business Analysis expertise, on a large scale Consumer Sales / CRM transformation project? 

This consulting opportunity is to support our client (a leading consumer electronics company), in defining the as-is sales processes & requirements for EMEA, as well as supporting the region moving towards implementation of the to-be process using Salesforce.    You will take responsibility for a number of key functional areas ensuring the solutions being delivered by the global team, meets the requirements of the EMEA stakeholders.  
 
The project needs a consultant who:
  • has strong knowledge of Consumer, Retail and Enterprise customer sales
  • has experience as a business analyst role on enterprise-scale Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and / or Partner Relationship Management (PRM) projects
  • is a self-motivated hands on organised individual, who thrives working in a global, matrixed, fast-paced environment

This role is based 3 days a week in the office and 2 days at home.

Key Areas of Work

The key services that you'll be asked to provide are: 

  • Working closely with the local business teams to become functional experts in key channel sales / end-user sales / merchandising / digital and physical retail processes and related solutions needs.

  • Establishing credibility as trusted advisors by listening, understanding business requirements and providing options for consideration.

  • Understanding the strategy and the changing needs of the business via business workshop facilitation and roadmap development for future state. This will involve working with regional business stakeholders, global management teams and colleagues across geographies.

  • Focus on recommending process innovation and efficiencies through current state process analysis, user experience, observations, industry trends, standard methodologies (Design Thinking, Agile), leading-edge technology and process improvement ideas to challenge the status quo and deliver extraordinary customer-focused solutions.

  • Understanding and documenting the regional nuances that differ between the current and future state processes.

  • Supporting change management and training needs by providing your understanding of the specific regional requirements and recommendations for a smooth transition into the future state.

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, outstanding attention to detail and conceptual thinking abilities
  • Proven ability to work independently, exercising judgement and initiative
  • Collaborative, flexible and open working style, with an ability to establish and maintain trust and credibility

Optional Skills/Experience

It will also be advantageous if you:

  •   have some previous experience of Salesforce
