The key services that you'll be asked to provide are:

• Provide the expertise with regards to S/4 capability and standard process ensuring that the design maximises opportunities for improvements and covers all areas required for a successful transition

• Clarify and complete the key S/4 preparation activities and provide the guiderails for the cleanse and clear teams activity

• Develop the standardisation and simplification opportunities across the process landscape by exploiting the S/4 capability

• Ensure that the standard process design is based on the standard SAP S/4 and to challenge any deviation

• Develop the team profile to be seen as a key influencing unit in the area of SAP S/4

• Create and sustain key project artefacts required to develop a successful transition to the SAP S/4, including the end to end process flows and key elements of the information model

Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate the following: 

• S/4 Project experience 

• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4 SCOA and Finance processes

• Information/data (structures, data flows, data sources)

• Ability to influence leaders and teams

• Excellent networking, collaboration and communication skills

• Knowledge and understanding of key business documentation requirements for SAP

It will also be advantageous if you:

•   Have previously worked on highly complex global programmes
