Do you have experience of providing PMO/Governance support to regulatory projects ?

This opportunity is to support our client (a leading consulting company), joining an established LIBOR transition programme.

The project needs a consultant who:

Will provide PMO support to the central LIBOR program team, coordinating key updates from across the bank engaging with divisional, regional and functional heads of business
Has an excellent PMO/PM skill-set
Has regulatory change experience (including LIBOR or similar)

Previous experience within a top tier consulting organisation is highly advantageous.

The key services that you'll be asked to provide are:

Provide PMO support to the central LIBOR program team, coordinating key updates from across the bank engaging with divisional, regional and functional heads of business
Develop content and materials for recurring regulatory updates to the PRA/ FCA, FINMA and FED showcasing LIBOR transition progress
Create written narratives to demonstrate progress against key metrics focusing of LIBOR exposure reduction and client remediation for regulatory and board submissions

Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate the following:

At least five years of relevant project management or PMO management experience. PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner, or equivalently qualified in similar project management methodologies
Very good stakeholder management skills
Exceptional communication skills
LIBOR Transition Knowledge, Regulatory change experience
PowerPoint Skills essential
