Our client is looking for a consultant to manage the review and re-negotiation of a large volume of high value predominantly IT software contracts. 

Services required include: 

• IT software contract assessments, re-negotiations and executions
• Execution of potential sourcing projects
• Analysis of alternative buying channels

B2E Consulting have been asked to provide a consultant to support the procurement team within a newly formed subsiduary to the larger, global organisation.

With the establishment of the newly formed entity, all IT software contracts applicable to the larger parent company require review and amendment / re-negotiation to establish applicability and ensure are fit for purpose. 

Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Procurement Expertise:
  • Qualified Sourcing Professional with a minimum of 5 years experience. 
  • Significant expertise in IT Software contract review, sourcing and negotiation
  • Commercial or price negotiations
  • Contracting

It will also be advantageous if you have:

• Industry experience: Pharmaceuticals
