Project Summary

Do you have experience of providing Oracle HCM expertise within an HR group requiring the implementation of change requirements to their Oracle HCM system?

This consulting opportunity is to support our client (a leading Insurance and Asset Management company), in developing and delivering system improvements.

The project needs a consultant who:

has previously configured Oracle HCM based on a number of change requests
has provided ongoing support and maintenance of Oracle HCM cloud applications.
can manage quarterly releases and updates for Oracle HCM.

Key Areas of Work

The key services that you'll be asked to provide are:

Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document HR system requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM.
Provide user training and knowledge transfer to support HR staff and end users to ensure effective utilization of the system
Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to enhance HR operations
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including user guides, standard operating procedure documentation and Configuration workbooks.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Oracle HCM cloud applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues via case management

Mandatory Skills/Experience

Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate the following:

A minumum of 3 years experience in configuring, implementing, and maintaining Oracle HCM
Strong understanding of HR Processes & Best Practices
Ability to analyse complex HR requirements and design effective solutions within Oracle HCM
The ability to adopt and adhere to HR policies and procedures
Previous experience with HR transformations
