Project Summary

Do you have expertise and experience in partnering and digital marketing within complex, multi-stakeholder environments?  Our client, a multi national consumer electronics & software company based in London, is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Consultant to lead the tactical execution of a large-scale on-site campaign, managing multiple work streams and collaborating with external partners to drive product usage. 
 
The ideal consultant will be proficient in German speaking and writing, and able to travel to Germany on a monthly basis.
 
The contract is initially 12 months with hybrid-working in London (in the office from Tuesday to Thursday).
 

Key Areas of Work

The key services you'll be providing include:

  • Cross-Functional Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Host regular forums to ensure alignment across initiatives, identify gaps and determine new marketing use cases.
  • Campaign Strategy & Project Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop lifecycle touchpoints, driving campaign strategies, targeting, audience messaging, and experimentation for multi-product/multi-channel marketing efforts.
  • Global and Local Campaigns: Work closely with international teams to align on global and local campaigns, ensuring consistent and effective communication.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimisation: Partner with analytics to track marketing performance against goals, providing actionable insights to enhance effectiveness, while managing and executing campaigns/projects efficiently.

Mandatory Skills/Experience

Successful consultants will be energetic and results-oriented, and able to demonstrate the following:

  • Proven global experience in digital marketing with a focus on user engagement, retention, and transactions.
  • Skilled in leading lifecycle or affiliate marketing programs, ideally for e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute cross-functional marketing campaigns, securing executive buy-in.
  • Expertise in digital marketing analytics, tracking performance and testing results.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate across  teams and markets, coupled with outstanding communication and presentation abilities at all organisational levels.

Optional Skills/Experience

The following qualifications/experience are highly advantageous:

  • BS/BA degree and/or MS/MA/MBA.
  • Relevant experience in airport marketing.
  • Strong understanding of financial services industry and payment ecosystems.
